To order the best size simply measure a pair of your favorite NON elastic waist shorts or pants as shown in the photo below. Double that number (to get the circumference) and then buy the corresponding size from the chart below. Using that photo as an example the correct size is 19" across x 2 = 38". The size chart indicates SZ XL for 37.5" - 41" so this is the one:)
